➤ UNDP Regional Director Ivana Zhivkovich visited the Muborak community in Taylak district, where he met with local residents and members of the Public Initiatives Group. This group is the driving force of the development process, managed by the communities themselves.
📌 Thanks to the joint efforts of the Islamic Development Bank, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the UN Development Programme, 157 rural communities like Muborak are now independently determining their development priorities - from improving social infrastructure to creating income sources.
💪 The voice of the community is at the center of these transformations.
