📌 The modern kindergarten in Shimom is designed for 90 children. The facility is equipped with the most modern equipment and comfortable furniture for the convenience of children.
📌 The first floor of the three-story mahalla complex in Abay houses the mahalla office, while the upper floors house training courses, a coworking and IT center, a sports and recreation zone, a sewing workshop, men's and women's barbershops, a bakery, and shops.
These changes are being implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Finance with the financial support of the Islamic Development Bank and OPEC International Development Fund within the framework of the "Sustainable Rural Development" project.
It is noteworthy that all these objects were proposed as a result of surveys conducted by residents of the mahalla. This clearly shows that rural life can be made more comfortable and promising with the participation and solidarity of the population.
