Currently, a team of international and local experts is working in Samarkand, Kashkadarya, and Surkhandarya regions. The goal is to conduct a functional analysis of the activities of 3 district khokimiyats and 15 mahallas.
👩🏻💻 Within the framework of the analysis, meetings are being held with district administration and mahalla committee employees. Current tasks, existing needs and opportunities for improving work efficiency, as well as developing the potential of local specialists, are discussed.
📌 The research aims to identify strengths and weaknesses in the local governance system, as well as to prepare recommendations for improving planning, interaction, and implementation of sustainable solutions, including green technologies and digital tools.
✅ The work is being carried out within the framework of the "Comprehensive Rural Development" project, implemented jointly with the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the financial support of the Islamic Development Bank.
