A team effectiveness training is being conducted in the Tashkent region as part of two of our projects for the sustainable and comprehensive development of rural areas.
Teams from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, as well as UNDP staff from Tashkent, Karakalpakstan, Bukhara, Khorezm, Navoi, Samarkand, Surkhandarya, and Kashkadarya, are participating.
The goal is to strengthen team cohesion, exchange experience, and enhance the effectiveness of collaborative work.
The program includes interactive sessions on:
• teamwork and facilitation
• project planning
• effective communication
• ethics and values
• SWOT analysis
