As you know, every project has its own implementation deadlines. We thought about how to teach the population to independently solve the issues of improving their neighborhoods with the help of various financial sources, and thereby ensure the sustainability even after the project is completed.
To this end, we have started a series of trainings for project staff and representatives of initiative groups of rural communities in the Aral Sea region on the following important topics:

Community needs assessment and initiative monitoring
Community development plans and project design
•Involving local residents in decision-making processes
