✓ Agrometeorology for sustainable agriculture
We have installed (https://t.me/undpuzbekistan/2845?single) 4️ agrometeorological stations in Karakalpakstan, Bukhara, Navoi and Khorezm regions.
✓ These days, we are conducting trainings for farmers, irrigators and engineers, teaching them how to use these stations to more effectively plan agricultural work and irrigation.
What do stations give?
- Exact data for irrigation,
- Pests spread forecasts,
- Prediction of diseases.
✓ At the trainings, the possibilities of planning field work using a seven-day agricultural forecast were demonstrated.
✓ Results:
