These stations are an important step towards making agriculture more resilient to climate change. They collect data on temperature, humidity, precipitation, wind speed and direction, solar radiation, and soil moisture. This information helps to develop weather forecasts, plan plant growth, and make decisions on crop management.
✓ In November 2024, we conducted a series of trainings for farmers and trained farmers to use data from weather stations to more effectively plan agricultural work and irrigation.
Today, more than 230 farmers are using agrometeorological data obtained from these stations.
