"Previously, there was no polyclinic or kindergarten in our neighborhood. That is why we, as representatives of the initiative group, voted to include these facilities in the Community Development Plan (CDP). We are very happy that construction is already underway and such important social infrastructure facilities will soon appear in our village," shared Nigora Boboqulova and Shoira Qalandarova, residents of Varq mahalla in Karmana district, Navoi region.
These days, the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) mission is in Uzbekistan, where they familiarized themselves with the construction progress of the "Rural Sustainable Development" project being implemented jointly with the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
🔹The mission visited the newly constructed community center and 90-place kindergarten in Navoi region, where they spoke with local residents and local government representatives.
🔹These facilities are expected to be commissioned in March 2025.
