There are 16 streets in Navruz mahalla, with a length of 18.1 km. In 2021, 0.5 km of roads on Madaniyat Street were covered with crushed stone, in 2022, 1.1 km of the road on Uzbekistan Street was asphalted, another 1 km of roads are planned to be asphalted at the expense of Open Budjet, the rest of all roads are in poor condition. For more than 30 years, work has not been carried out to improve and reconstruct the roads of the mahalla. In autumn and winter, due to precipitation, the roads of the streets become very muddy and puddles are formed. It is difficult for children to go to school and kindergarten, and it is also inconvenient to move by transport. In the summer, it is very dusty, which also creates a lot of inconvenience, all the houses are dusty, children play in the dust outside, the health of residents deteriorates.
