The Tosh Yop SCG was organized by the decision of the Khakim of the Amu Darya District No. 319 dated May 29, 2019. The total area of the community is 841.2 hectares of land. The Tosh Yop SCG includes 4 settlements: Obod Mahalla, Birlashgan, Takhyr Kala and Ozodlik. The SCG center is located in the Obod Mahalla settlement. The SCG is home to 701 families in 596 households. The population is 3,505 people, including 1,701 women. Young people aged 0 to 30 years are 2,158 people.
