The Mahalla citizens' assembly "Dustlik" of the Karmana district is a separate administrative unit adjacent to the main Mahalla citizens' assembly "Azamat". The MSG "Dustlik" is located to the right of the Navoi-Bukhara highway. On the territory of this area there are 5 streets - Ibn Sino, Dustlik, Makhtum Kuli, Bobur, Istiklol, and 2 housing estates - this is the Faravon housing estate, which consists of 7 streets and the Mevazor housing estate, which consists of 9 streets. There is no comprehensive school on the territory of the MSG. The close location of the school in the neighboring mahalla allows students to study in that school. Residents do not consider the absence of a school a problem. There is also no SVP. There are 4 private preschool educational institutions, but there is no state preschool in the mahalla. Therefore, it is necessary to build one for 400 children. There is no sports complex, playgrounds, or organizations providing services to the population.
