The MSG "Kahramon" was created in 1997 by the decision of the khokim of the Karmana district. The total area of the MSG is 82.5 hectares. In terms of location, the MSG "Kumushkon" is 17 km away from the regional center of Navoi, the MSG is located in the south-west of the city of Navoi, and 10 km away from the regional center of Karmana. In total, the population of the MSG "Kahramon" is 2,538 people (including 1,325 women), 682 families, 539 of which live in private households. Currently, the working-age population is 796 people, of which 30% are engaged in animal husbandry, gardening, and poultry farming. 23 people work outside the country, 17 people are entrepreneurs, artisans, and other types of employment. The number of registered unemployed is 85 people.
