The Pakhtakor MCG was established on 18.06.1996 by the decision of the khokim of the Navbahor district under No. 001. The total area of the MCG is 1124.9 hectares. The MCG building is on the balance sheet of the district and the Nuraniy support department (mahalla va nuroniylarni qo'llab-quvvatlash boshqarmasi). The Pakhtakor MCG is located in the southwestern part of the city, approximately 8 kilometers from the regional center of Navoi. In total, the population of the Pakhtakor MCG is 3282 people (including 1779 women), 810 families who live in private households. There are no multi-storey buildings on the territory of the community. The number of working-age population is 2,363 people, of which 1,112 people work in various organizations, 312 people are engaged in seasonal work, 38 people are labor migrants working outside the country, 78 are students, 278 people work in the private sector. The number of unemployed is 78 people.
