The MSG "Yangiyul" was created on 11.05.1961 by the decision of the khakim of the Navbahor district under No. 018. The total area of the MSG is 154.7 hectares. The building of the MSG is on the balance sheet of the district and the department of support of nuraniy (mahalla va nuroniylarni qo'llab-quvvatlash boshqarmasi). The MSG "Yangiyul" is located in the south-west of the regional center of Navoi, approximately 12 kilometers away. In total, the population of the MSG "Yangiyul" is 3968 people (including 2194 women), 873 families who live in private households. There are 5 multi-storey buildings on the territory. The number of working-age population is 1,700 people, of which 987 people work in various organizations, 324 people are engaged in seasonal work, 23 people are labor migrants working outside the country, 153 are students, 374 people work in the private sector. The number of unemployed is 39 people.
