The MCG "Merganovul" was created on May 5, 2012 by the decision of the khokim of the Urgench district under No. UT 0000042. The total area of the MCG is 90 hectares. The MCG "Merganovul" is located in the northern part of the city of Urgench, approximately 7 kilometers from the regional center of Urgench. The population of the MCG "Merganovul" is 2406 people (including 1219 women), 589 families, 371 households. There are no multi-story buildings on the territory of the community, all 371 households are in the residential sector. The number of able-bodied population is 1110 people, of which 156 people work in various organizations, 681 people are engaged in seasonal work, 106 women are on childcare, 85 people are labor migrants working outside the country, 32 people are entrepreneurs, artisans.
