MSG "Khilol" was formed on April 8, 2013. The total area of the community is 509 hectares of land. The population is 2101, of which 1086 are women, 1015 are men, including children. There are 21 streets in the mahalla, where the roads are very bad, unpaved, dusty. The main street Alpomish, in 1978 was paved, since then no repair work has been carried out. 3 years ago, a crushed stone-sand mixture was laid on 3 streets, but at the moment the roads have turned into unpaved roads, all internal roads in the mahalla are unpaved and require repair.
