The Mahalla citizens' assembly "Bosuv" was formed on the basis of the resolution of the Khakimiyat of the Amu Darya district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan No. 842 dated September 29, 2011 and was defined as an adjacent mahalla to the SSG "Tosh yop". According to the passport data of the MSG "Bosuv" dated January 1, 2021, the population of the MSG is 3,505, of which: 1,804 men, 1,701 women, including 2,158 youth aged 0 to 30 years (701 families, 596 households). The MSG "Bosuv" consists of 6 settlements: "Koramon", "Oktov", "Khalka yoli", "Ushoq", the eastern part of the settlement "Yukori tuvliga", the northern part of the settlement "Yukori tuvliga" on 28.4 hectares of land. MSG "Bosuv" is located at a distance of 6 km from the center of the Amu Darya district of the city of Mangit.
