Previously, administrative territories were divided into villages, which included several

mahallas. At the moment, the structure of the administrative territory has changed to mahalla

citizens' gatherings as an administrative unit. Thus, MSG “Dustlik” is

the central administrative territory for three MSGs “Ilgor”, “Istiklol”, “Pahlavonlar”.

MSG "Dustlik" was formed in 2007, by decision of the khokim of the Khankinsky district. General area
