Information about the communities

The Otayurt SCG was organized by the decision of the Turtkul District Hakimiyat No. 472/1 dated July 11, 2016. The Kaltaminor SCG includes 6 settlements (auls). These are the settlements of Kush Yop, Sukhon Yop, Karvon Saray, Bulish, Lotin, and Toza Yer. The center of the SCG is located in the settlement of Lotin. The total area of the SCG is 3,247 hectares. The Otayurt SCG is the main mahalla, located right in the middle of the other three selected adjacent SCGs. To the west of the Otayurt SCG is the Ullubog SCG, to the north is the Kaltaminor SCG, and to the south is the Pakhtachi SCG. The SCG is home to 3,494 families in 2,079 households. The population is 11,457 people, including 5,656 women. In the SSG there is 1 kindergarten for 150 places, and 4 schools with 1,988 students. The number of working-age population is 5,355 people, of which 354 people work in various organizations, 625 people are engaged in seasonal work, 174 women are on maternity leave, 841 people are labor migrants working abroad, 38 people are entrepreneurs, artisans and self-employed in other areas. According to official data, the number of unemployed is 65 people (1.2%).
