The settlement "Toshovul" is part of the VSG "Naimankol". Previously, the aul was called “Tashlak aul”. Its territory begins almost in the center of the Naimankol SSG and extends almost 8 km further. The total population of Toshovul is 791 people. There are 141 households in Toshovul. There is not a single government institution on the territory of Toshovul: there are no schools or state kindergartens. Operating only: 1 private kindergarten, 1 private store. The population has long been engaged in the production of agricultural products on their plots for themselves and for sale. On the territory of the “Toshovul” village there are lands of 1 farm, organized by residents of another viloyat. The local population is experiencing significant difficulties in growing agricultural products due to soil degradation and the invasion of whitefly butterflies from nearby greenhouses. Insufficient supply of drinking water has a negative impact on the health and hygiene of the local population.
