The Pakhtachi SSG was organized by the decision of the local authorities of the Turtkul district No. 0006 dated May 15, 1982. The Pakhtachi SSG includes 5 settlements (auls). These are the settlements of Depelkak, Engish, Dekhkonobod, Bakhor, Yumushkor. The SSG center is located in the settlement of Dekhkonobod. There are 2,718 families in 2,206 households in the SSG. The population is 9,835 people, including 4,926 women. There is no kindergarten in the SSG, and there are 3 schools with 1,835 students.
