The rural citizens' assembly "Kuna Turtkul" was formed on the basis of the resolution of the Khakimiyat of the Turtkul district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan dated January 26, 2013 and was defined as the central rural citizens' assembly. The composition of the RCA "Kuna Turtkul" includes 3 adjacent mahallas: RCA "Ankhorli", RCA "Galaba" and RCA "Dustlik". According to the passport data of the RCA "Kuna Turtkul" dated April 1, 2023, the population of the RCA is 12,105 people, of which: 6,173 men, 5,932 women, including 2,181 youth aged 0 to 18 years (2,479 families, 1,812 households). VSG “Kuna Turtkul” consists of 6 settlements: “Zhaikhun” “Kuna Turtkul” “Uchguzhim” “Istiklol” “Amirobod” “Yangi Yul” on 827.2 hectares of land. VSG "Kuna Turtkul" is located at a distance of 5 km from the center of the Turtkul district of the city of Turtkul.
