The Ankhorli mahalla citizens' assembly was formed on the basis of the resolution of the Hakimiyat of the Turtkul district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan dated January 4, 2016 and was defined as adjacent to the rural citizens' assembly "Kuna Turtkul".
