The mahalla citizens' assembly "Makhtumkuli" was formed by the Resolution of the khakim of the Beruni district on January 11, 2009. The total area of the MCA is 3400 hectares. The MCA "Makhtumkuli" includes 2 settlements: "Undirish", "Tazanur". There are only 20 straight streets on the territory of the MCA. The total population of the MCA is 6187 people, including 3048 women. Of the total population of the MCA, the number of children aged 3-7 is 555 people, children aged 7-13 - 823 people, children aged 14-17 - 446, youth aged 18-30 - 1247 people. The number of families living in the MCA is 1454, and the number of households is 1256.
