The mahalla citizens' assembly "Ikhlos" was formed on the basis of the resolution of the Khakimiyat of the Ellikala district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan dated May 4, 2011, No. 263/5 and was defined as adjacent to the rural citizens' assembly "Sarabiy". According to the passport data of the MSG "Ikhlos" dated January 1, 2023, the population of the MSG is 3,022 people, of which: 1,557 men, 1,465 women, including youth aged 0 to 18 years 1,657 people (811 families, 535 households). The MSG "Ikhlos" consists of 4 settlements: "Tinchlik", "Guzhum", "Airport" and "Yurtobod" on 1,462 hectares of land. The MSG "Ikhlos" is located at a distance of 40 km from the center of the Ellikala district of the city of Bustan.
