The mahalla citizens' assembly "Pakhtachi" was formed by the Resolution of the khokim of the Ellikala district on January 4, 2012. The MSG "Pakhtachi" includes 2 settlements "Pakhtachi" and "Arab". The total area of the MSG is 3126 hectares. There are 1056 households in the MSG, in which 1458 families live. The total population of the MSG "Pakhtachi" is 5886 people, of which 2963 are men, 2923 are women. There are 609 preschool children in the mahalla, 1275 school-age children.
