The Talaliyon community was organized by the decision of the Bukhara district khokimiyat No. 558 dated November 13, 2001. The Talaliyon community includes 3 settlements (Kulyurun, Talaliyon, Suvchikar). The center of the community is located in the Talaliyon settlement. The total area is 1,387 hectares. The community is home to 3,189 people, including 1,675 women. Young people aged 0 to 30 make up 1,205 people, including 632 women. The community has:  2 public schools;  1 kindergarten;  15 farms;  1 mahalla guzar;  11 stores;  1 sports ground;  1 cemetery. The number of pensioners living in the community is 474. The number of families in need of social protection is 12. The number of women included in the “Ayollar Daftari” is 3. The number of families that have lost their breadwinner is 2. The number of families receiving benefits for children up to 2 years is 18, for children up to 14 years is 10. The number of large families is 15. The number of people receiving a disability pension is 54 people.
