The Navruz community group was organized by the decision of the Kagan district khokimiyat No. 671 dated May 17, 2017. The Navruz community group includes 6 settlements (Zharqurgon, Okchamamad, Farovon, Dashtobod, Khochkob, Madaniyat qurgoni). The Navruz community group center is located in the Navruz community. The total area is 7874 hectares. The Navruz community group has a kindergarten for 120 children and 2 schools for 525 students. There are no clinics or sports grounds in the Navruz community group.
