The Beklar mahalla citizens' assembly was formed in 2003. The total area of the community is 245 hectares. The Beklar MSG includes 4 villages: Beklar, Azim Rabot, Jindakon, Katta Mahallakozi. The Beklar MSG was organized on March 3, 1997. The Beklar MSG includes 8 settlements (Katta Machit, Jinjak, Khuzhafayz, Yukori Khomi, Urta Khomi, Kuyi Khomi, Chopuk, Yangi Chopuk). The total area is 300.5 hectares. The MSG has 4 kindergartens, 1 school for 484 students, 10 stores, 2 food facilities, 1 rural medical center, 2 sports grounds, 4 farms. The MSG headquarters does not have its own building, and premises in the branch of the SVP in the village of "Kuyi Khomi" have been allocated for work. The MSG is home to 3,750 people, including 1,697 women. Young people aged 0 to 30 years make up 1,911 people, including 1,088 women. The number of pensioners living in the MSG is 420 people. The number of families in need of social protection is 11. The number of women included in "Ayollar Daftari" is 72. The number of families that have lost a breadwinner is 5. The number of families receiving benefits for children up to 2 years is 83, up to 14 years - 96. The number of large families is 3. The number of people receiving a disability pension is 101 people.
