The mahalla citizens' assembly "Okgul" was formed in 2003. The total area of the community is 245 hectares. The MSG "Okgul" includes 4 villages: Okgul, Azim Rabot, Jindakon, Katta Mahallakozi. The MSG headquarters does not have its own building, and a 144 sq.m. room on the territory of the private company "Okgul Ogabek Fayz" in the village of Okgul has been allocated for work. The MSG has:  2 state and 2 private kindergartens;  2 farms;  2 mahalla guzars; A total of 3,621 people live in the settlement, including 1,820 men and 1,801 women. Young people aged 0 to 30 years old make up 1,933 people. The number of pensioners living in the MSG is 420 people. The number of families in need of social protection is 11. The number of women included in the “Ayollar Daftari” is 72. The number of families that have lost their breadwinner is 5. The number of families receiving benefits for children up to 2 years is 83, up to 14 years is 96. The number of large families is 3. The number of people receiving a disability pension is 101 people.
