The Mahalla Citizens' Assembly "Chagdari" was formed in 2003. The total area of the community is 317 hectares. The MSG "Chagdari" includes 4 villages: Chagdari-1, Chagdari-2, Chorraboth and Arabon. The MSG headquarters is located in the village of Chagdari-2 in a building measuring 60 square meters. The MSG has: 2 state kindergartens, designed for 150 and 100 places; 1 school designed for 1,350 students; 1 medical center; 1 pharmacy; 4 farms; 1 mahalla guzar; 2 mosques; 4 cemeteries. In total, 5,200 people live in the settlement, including 2,619 men and 2,581 women. Young people aged 0 to 30 years old make up 2,807 people. The number of pensioners living in the settlement is 586 people. The number of families in need of social protection is 14, the number of families that have lost their breadwinner is 36, the number of families receiving benefits for children under 2 years is 57, for children under 14 years is 40, the number of large families is 12, the number of people receiving a disability pension is 93 people.
