The mahalla citizens' assembly "Labirut" was formed in 2003. The total area of the community is 808 hectares. The MSG "Labirut" includes 5 villages (kishlaks): Yukori Labirut, Mahallaikunzak, Mahallaimeron, Kuyi Korabosh, Kuyi Rabotcha. The MSG headquarters does not have its own building, and for work, a 45 sq.m. room in a private typical house in the MSG "Okgul" is rented. The MSG has: 2 state kindergartens, designed for 190 children; 1 family doctor's office; 2 pharmacies; 25 retail outlets; 3 public catering points; 5 farms; 5 cemeteries. In total, 4,050 people live in the settlement, including 2,045 men and 2,005 women. Young people aged 0 to 30 years old number 2,089 people. The number of pensioners living in the settlement is 530 people. The number of families in need of social protection is 4, the number of women included in the “Ayollar daftari” is 128. The number of families that have lost their breadwinner is 5, the number of families receiving benefits for children up to 2 years is 31, up to 14 years is 54, the number of large families is 45, the number of people receiving a disability pension is 65 people.
