Previously, administrative territories were divided into villages, which included several mahallas. At the moment, the structure of the administrative territory has changed to mahalla citizens' assemblies as an administrative unit. Thus, the MSG "Ok Machit" is the central administrative territory for the other three MSGs "Pakhtaobod", "Hafkorion" and "Tojikon". MSG "Ok Machit" was created in 1994. The total area of the MSG is 521.2 hectares. The mahalla committee has a building on its balance sheet. The building requires major repairs. MSG "Ok Machit" is located in the southwest of the city of Navoi, approximately 60 kilometers from the regional center. The population of MSG "Ok Machit" is 3,585 people (including 1,943 women), 974 families living in 725 private households. There are no multi-story buildings on the territory of the community. The number of unemployed is 58 people. The number of people with disabilities is 109 people.
